Pieter Leopold specializes in energy market regulations and sustainable energy projects including wind, solar, biogas and heat.
He advises on a wide array of energy-related legal matters and he represents clients in legal proceedings with regulators and in (civil and administrative) court proceedings.
Pieter studied law in Amsterdam (2015 – International and European Law). He is a member of the Dutch Energy Law Association (NeVER) and regularly publishes in the Dutch Journal for Energy Law.
Prior to joining Mobius in 2023, Pieter worked for regulator ACM and two top-tier law firms.
