Marius van der Torren specializes in corporate and real estate law. He has broad experience on advising buyer, sellers and investments on acquisitions and disposals, with an exclusive focus on transactions in the real estate and (renewable) energy sector.

Marius also specializes in real estate contracts, such as leases.

Marius studied law in Leiden (2015 – cum laude master financial law) and completed the post-doctorate specialization course Mergers & Acquisitions cum laude in 2020.

Before founding Mobius, Marius worked for Allen & Overy’s Corporate M&A team and Projects & Real Estate team in Amsterdam.
