Lodewijk Vonken specializes in corporate law and has a strong focus on projects and transactions in the renewable energy sector. He has broad experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and a wide range of other corporate law matters.

Lodewijk obtained his law degree at Leiden University in 2016, with a focus on corporate law, and further deepened his expertise by completing the course Mergers & Acquisitions at the VU Law Academy in 2022.

Before joining Mobius, Lodewijk worked for the law firms Stek, Freshfields and Baker McKenzie.
